Use this checklist to guarantee a seamless setup and an optimal shopping experience for your B2B customers. Involve all relevant teams early to ensure a smooth and successful go-live.

Checkout & downstream processes

• Order creation and follow-up operations are properly implemented and tested.
• Ensure Mondu is properly displayed in your checkout.
• All required webhooks are subscribed and will be processed correctly.
• At capture, submit the invoice and, if available, the tracking information to Mondu.

Note: We recommend displaying Mondu as the first payment method. Purchase on account is the most popular payment method in B2B.

Invoices templates

• Create new invoice templates for Mondu payment methods: Remove your bank details and add the Mondu Invoice Snippets to the template.
• Also update the footer section of your invoice document in case the payment details are mentioned there.

Note: We recommend that you note on your invoices that your IBAN for B2B buyers has changed. Many business customers store payment information permanently in their systems and will need to update it accordingly.

Testing the integration

• Mondu's integration team confirms, that all relevant use cases are tested properly and the integration is ready for Go Live.

Educate your teams

• Make sure your operational teams know about the functionality of Mondu's payment methods and downstream processes. You should have received a presentation about this from your Customer Success Manager.
• Share the Mondu Merchant Portal Guide with your Customer Service & Accounting teams.
• Provide your Mondu Customer Success Manager with the list of future Merchant Portal users.

General website implementation

• To individualize the buyer experience on Mondu’s Hosted Checkout, provide your brand logo to Mondu.
• Add Privacy Information for Buyers in your website's Privacy Policy. Please note that this is mandatory ❗
• Add Mondu to your payment method overview. Find text templates here.
• Add Mondu FAQs to your payment method overview or create a dedicated landing page.

Go-live

• LIVE Mondu endpoints are configured.
• The productive API keys is correctly configured.
• The webhooks are registered with the productive URLs and the LIVE Mondu IPs are whitelisted.
