Use Case:
- This endpoint is used to onboard a new buyer using hosted onboarding and create Digital Trade Account.
- It enables the merchant to use Pay on account payment method.
- The API would return a hosted page URL.
- Redirect the buyer to the hosted page URL to complete the onboarding process.
- Once the buyer has completed the onboarding process, they would be redirected back to the merchant's website.
