Buyer Onboarding using hosted onboarding

This endpoint is used to onboard a new buyer using hosted onboarding. The API would return a hosted page URL. Redirect the buyer to the hosted page URL to complete the onboarding process. Once the buyer has completed the onboarding process, they would be redirected back to the merchant's website.
